Increasing Motivation, Overcoming Fears and Moving Forward

This VIRTUAL workshop teaches teens how to move past their fears to increase their motivation and be able to move forward in a productive, confident manner. Your teen will learn:

  • Types of Motivation
  • The biggest things that hold them back from being motivated and how to get past them
  • How to conquer fear and not listen to the inner critic
  • How to get into a positive mindset
  • How to manage overwhelm
  • New tools to use to decrease fear and increase motivation
  • Create more awareness so they can recognize when to use the new tools they learned to help them move forward and be successful
  • How to reduce stress

We will cover a lot of information in this workshop that will teach and enlighten your teen with information and tools they can use their entire life. There will be opportunities for your teen ask questions in the chat.  This is a webinar format so they will not be on screen (I’m sure they will ask). I create a fun, laid back and safe environment. As a bonus, your teen can list this workshop on their resume and college applications.

The workshop is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Once you pay, you will then ALSO need to register for the workshop. You will receive an email with the instructions on downloading the workbook and the link for your teen to join me live.
