Thriving Through Transition: A Roadmap To Success


This 6-week 1:1 private coaching program is designed to support students in navigating academic transitions with resilience, confidence, and clarity. Through a holistic approach encompassing personal development, academic readiness, financial literacy, emotional resilience, and social connections, your student will gain valuable skills and insights to thrive during periods of change. Sessions will be scheduled based on mutually agreed times with the student and Coach Tyler. Sessions will be 1 hour each.


Week 1: Anatomy of Transitions

Your student will gain an understanding of the stages and challenges of transition, laying the groundwork for navigating change with insight and awareness.


Week 2: Overcoming Barriers to Success

We will identify and address limiting beliefs and obstacles, developing strategies to cultivate resilience, and overcome challenges in pursuit of your student’s goals.


Week 3: Healthy Habits for Success

Your student will learn the importance of cultivating foundational practices for physical and mental well-being, including nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene. By prioritizing self-care and adopting healthy lifestyle choices, they will enhance their capacity to thrive during transitions.


Week 4: Time Mastery

Your student will learn effective time management techniques to prioritize tasks and create a balanced schedule, maximizing productivity and efficiency.


Week 5: Emotional Resilience and Self-Care

This week’s focus is on building emotional resilience, practicing self-compassion, and establishing self-care routines to enhance well-being and manage stress during times of change.


Week 6: Social Connections and Support Systems

Last, we identify the importance of cultivating meaningful relationships and support networks, learning to communicate effectively and make new connections.
